Do not use deprecated board views

These legacy board views are deprecated and are not recommended for current use. They date from earlier years when monday boards had fewer built-in filtering and viewing capabilities. Today, teams should use standard monday board features to filter, group, and analyze synced QuickBooks data.

The remaining content on this page is historical reference only.

Historical context

Customers who have been using the product for a long time may be familiar with the old so-called “board view”. This feature is an unusual mix of searching data in monday, but then showing data from QuickBooks, and it has been rendered impractical by 2025 updates to the QuickBooks API. It still works for small companies (with hundreds of invoices or customers), but we recommend moving away from these board views as soon as possible.

Here are the old directions for the BoardView setup.
