Deprecated features¶

This information is for historical reference. We do not recommend using the deprecated features at all anymore.

Deprecated board views¶

Customers who have been using the product since 2024 or prior may be familiar with the old “board view” features.. These views were available on older invoice and customer boards as a way to search from monday board data for filtering, while displaying matching data from QuickBooks - in retrospect, a frequently confusing behavior.

That features has been rendered impractical by 2025 updates to the QuickBooks API. It still works for small companies with hundreds of invoices or customers, but we recommend moving away from these board views as soon as possible.

Today, teams should use standard monday board features to filter, group, and analyze synced QuickBooks data. QuickBooks Complete gets your data into Monday, then Monday is well suited to look at it.
