Setting up the Invoices Sync

If you didn't use the link buttons in the connections tab, it is also possible to set up invoice and customer connections directly from your invoices and customers boards. Here are the details for this older method:

  1. Open the "Invoices" board in a new tab.

  1. Click on the QuickBooks board view (its name may vary).

  1. Click "Connect to QuickBooks".

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.

  2. Ensure the correct Monday.com account has been selected.

  1. Click "Authorize".

  1. Choose "Invoice" in the QuickBooks Entity Selector dropdown.

  1. Notice that we auto-populate the field mapping for you. Please adjust as needed.

  2. Click "Confirm".

  3. Notice that your QuickBooks Invoices are now syncing into Monday.com.

    Note: please feel free to navigate away from the board and come back to it later.

Setting up the Customers Sync

  1. Open the "Customers" board in a new tab.

  2. Click on the QuickBooks Integration Board View.

  1. Choose "Customer" in the QuickBooks Entity Selector dropdown.

  2. Notice that we auto-populate the field mapping for you. Please adjust as needed.

  3. Click "Confirm".

  4. Notice that your QuickBooks Customers are now syncing into Monday.com.
